Brian initially received his Masters of Science in Acupuncture from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, one of the nation’s leading schools for acupuncture, massage, Chinese herbal medicine, and integrative medicine. After practicing for 7 years, he returned to school for an advanced training in Herbal Medicine and obtained his Master's Degree in Oriental Medicine from the Acupuncture and Massage College.
Although his extensive training has prepared him to treat all the ailments that acupuncture is effective for, he focuses on the treatment of pain, particularly due to sports and dance injuries, as well as those stemming from emotional roots. Additionally, he has an extensive patient following for his success in treating digestive, respiratory, and gynecological disorders.
Brian is certified in Neurofunctional Acupuncture, a specialized modality that utilizes electrical stimulation on the needles to treat chronic pain disorders. As a complement this modality, Brian utilizes manual therapy and his training in Active Release Technique to maximize results. He is also certified in Facial Revitalization Acupuncture, a non-surgical method of reducing the signs of the aging process.
Since moving to South Florida in 2018, he has been working as a concierge acupuncturist, working with a diversity of patients that come to see him from Miami, Coral Springs, and Parkland. Once a month, he returns to New York to work at the NY City Wellness Center and at the Bronx Wellness Center. both practices that he founded in 2011 and have become the most popular and recognized centers of holistic medicine in New York City.
Brian's ultimate goal is to spread his love and passion for Oriental Medicine and the need for preventative living a healthy and balanced life and one patient at a time.
