Her journey in the field of massage therapy began with a deep fascination for the holistic side of healthcare. She has been a licensed massage therapist for 9 years and her approach to wellness is tailored to each of her clients' needs.
She specializes in a range of modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, wood therapy and stretching. She also uses her knowledge of cupping therapy, Guasha and KT taping to supplement her therapeutic massage and enhance her clients' experience.
Claritza has experience working with expectant mothers, having successfully helped two moms to be go into labor by applying pressure points for labor while working at Five Elements wellness center from 2017- 2021.
She also loves working with children and has a great following that started with her own 6 year old who is very active in sports and dance. She is her "why" and her lucky charm.
